If it weren’t for the nice staff there I’d be giving them a 1 star review… I went to the reach road shop for help and they sent me up to the Washington Blvd place. They understood well at least I thought they did the sense of urgency I was under to get a replacement tire I’ve waited for over an hour and my vehicle wasn’t touched when I was told I’d get you right in. If they didn’t have the tire I needed I’d go somewhere else. Avoid avoid avoid

This is one of the best «garages» I have been to. They do far more than just tires but the best thing is the atmosphere… It isn’t intimidating at all to ask questions or have them explain something you in simple terms– that makes me trust what they say and do even more. They have worked on several different makes and models (ford, BMW, Volvo) throughout my visits and all are done often better and cheaper than the dealership
