Friendly people, good bar food. They go above and beyond to make things right. Brought in specific grapefruit juice when I asked, and owner has made special trips to the store to get items instead of saying They’re out. My grilled chicken is always cooked just right, and the old man gets his beloved bacon cheeseburger every time. Also suggest the pork chops or ribs.

Been to doubletake twice in the last 2 weeks just a old time bar in a little bitty town of 800 so I probably expected to much People are friendly enough and it seems clean enough for a old bar. Had catfish first nite and would give it 3 stars. Saw they had a rib nite Wednesday special advertised thought I’ve give it a try. Not good not fresh disappointed for sure that doesn’t mean I’ve given up on small town bars. Just this one
