Sterling Manor

I think it’s important to note that a lot changes in 3 years. The front office staff and maintenance crew are the most friendly and thoughtful folks I’ve ever encountered. They try very hard to create social situations by way of leasing office parties to build connections within the neighborhood. I’ve been living here for 4 months now and have only had 5 emails or so throughout the entirety of that time. I feel safe here; my neighbors are caring and always polite. Work orders for the apartment are processed and attended to at lightening speed. The carpet was replaced right before I moved in and love it. It’s super soft and prevents spills from being soaked in which is especially helpful if you have pets that have a tough day every once in awhile. On top of that its environmentally/​eco friendly! The rent prices may seem high but if you compare prices to the other areas to live within this tier of luxury apartments, Sterling Manor certainly gives you the most for your money. I waited a year to get into this community and now that I’m here I can’t imagine myself any place else!
