Extraordinarily poor customer service. I had a significant warranty issue with a piece of furniture I had purchased from this place.
They did not return phone calls about the problem. Only written correspondence garnered any response and then it seemed that these folks really didn’t want to be bothered. And when they did bother to respond, they were of little help in dealing with the manufacturer.
