James River Grille We live in Kingsmill Resort and since it’s gone private there has been ups and downs on the service and quality of food in the several different restaurants in the resort. We decided to try the James River Grille again which is in an awesome location overlooking the James River westerly. The evening sunset was awesome and and the food, ambience and service was equally as awesome. We must say the service seem to be a little understaffed but that’s understandable under the conditions that they’re has been major changes in weight staff and management. Our appetizers consisted of corn and crab chowder and seared tuna both were off the charts excellent given a 10 out of 10. We generally split meals and we split the rockfish dinner which each portion was equivalent to the size of any entrée and most restaurants of this type. We both agreed 10 out of 10.
