Stopped here on our way to Phoenix from Austin. Service is great and, despite being a local dive, it was incredibly clean and in good repair.
Ordered a burger and was a bit surprised to be handed a raw hamburger patty. Around the corner was a full commercial kitchen setup, so I proceeded to cook my and my wife’s beef on this clean and well seasoned grill. Lots of seasoning and all the right tools… it was fun!
Meal was excellent and prices were very reasonable. We ended up staying a lot longer than originally planned.
They had a great DJ and Cece, the bartender did a fantastic job. She was attentive and fast with all our requests.
Will definitely stop here next time we are in Willcox!

Very weird place. Not welcoming. Went inside because of the great reviews. Not a fan of the «cook it yourself» thing. She had to unthaw our meat before we could eat, why isn’t it kept fresh? Don’t go here, I don’t know why people gave it such good reviews. Maybe because it’s the only place open on a Sunday?

There are not enough of these places left, anywhere. Great bartender, Lindsey. Old place. Great selection at the bar. Very reasonable prices.
Cook your own food, nothing fancy but it works. 12 oz ribeye and potato with salad beans and bread for $ 12.

My friend and I came across this place on a road trip across country. It’s a fantastic little bar with tons of character and a super nice bartender. But the coolest part is that you get to grill your own burgers/​steaks/​pork chops/​etc. They fire it up for you, and you go nuts. I got the burger, and it was huge and delicious. Plus, bonus sense of accomplishment!
