Valley Cycles

I used this store as a poor man’s escrow when buying an expensive used mountain bike that was for sale in the area (found via pinkbike).
I live in Seattle, bike was in far away PA. I couldn’t see or ride the bike, I needed an impartial third party to evaluate the bike for condition (and existence) then package and ship it.
Valley Cycles was professional to deal with, pointed out the condition of the bike with a knowledgeable eye and were very communicative sending multiple emails.
They did a fine job packing the bike, intelligently disassembled which helped ensure it arrived with no damage. Price to pack and ship was reasonable, also they insured it.
Bike arrived well packaged and with no surprises. I consider myself lucky to have done business with them.
