The staff always seems bothered not willing to help to see where an item could be and I its in stock. Never around and takes forever to get one even when the call button is pushed.

Kiamesha Lake, NY
The staff is friendly but never seem to be around when you need help so you have to seek them out. The layout of the store is fine and they offer a wide variety of items from action figures, instruments, video games and accessories, as well as iPods. Their dvd/​blu-​ray section isn’t bad either.
Overall, Not a bad place if you have young kids to buy for and you have the money to do so, Other then that I can’t say that I’d recommend it when you could find better prices else where.
