Great night life entertainment when the band called Xcluzive Soul are there
It’s non stop dancing and a great time!!!

Don’t know where to begin, we checked in early that went well until we got to our room which smelled like a smokers room. The smell was permanently in the room. I went to the front desk and requested if we can upgrade but unfortunately all they could offer was a similar room without the smell or a room with a view of the parking lot. Ok so I settle for a room next door which did not smell. So went to Crescenzo’s for lunch which actually was the highlight of our stay! The kid who took care of us was great and pizza and fries where delish. I then planned to treat myself to a spa massage but as I was looking into my bank account I find out the hotel had charged me AGAIN for my stay which I had paid for already when I initially booked the stay. I go Again to the front desk and they where basically like oh yeah we made a mistake «sorry» and offered not compensation for the trouble they caused us except say sorry and the hold on your card will be released in a few business days. OK so now I’m definitely looking forward to a massage and I go to the spa only for more disappointment because without notice to the front desk the spa decides to close HOURS earlier than normal and closed on the next day because the workers all had other things to do so they close the spa! The front desk knew nothing and tried to get them to accommodate to no avail and then only comp us for a next buffet breakfast! Absolutely one of the worst place we have ever stayed in! Definitely never coming back ever and will let others know.

First massage ever and I enjoyed it. Massage oil was strong smelling but other than that very relaxing.
