Using the drivethrough on a weekday morning, there was no wait, the gal taking my order was efficient and easily understood. I did not have to repeat myself. She knew the proper questions to ask with my order (Cream and sugar for my coffee, hot or mild sauce for my burrito) and gave me the correct total. At the first window, she processed my credit card promptly. At the second window, I was given my order. It was accurate and there were enough napkins in the bag.
This McD’s did exactly what it was supposed to do. Well done.
