It’s getting there. Some employees are still unfriendly and terribly slow with everything and the food quality isn’t exactly where it should be, but they’ve made great strides since my last review with management and cleanliness. Keep it up, Chipotle!

Eh… run of the mill Chipotle. I’ve certainly had better from this chain. The chips were«off». Seemed stale and had an odd flavor.

I haven’t gotten chipotle in a while so I figured why not? Service was decent. The girl that made my food was friendly. Cheaper than NY, which is nice. The grilled veggies were gross, could’ve done without them. They were soggy? I think. Just not good. Everything else was fine.

Chipotle is fast food, plain and simple, but responsibly raised and sourced FRESH ingredients. Chipotles do not have microwaves, freezers, nor can openers. You can see them making the super fresh guacamole, salsas, and proteins as you stand in line. The place is set up to move you quickly through the limited selection of Mexican items. I highly recommend the barbacoa(spiced beef) and the sofritas(delicious spiced tofu). Only issue with this particular location is they need to a better job of keeping up with cleaning. It is very busy, so they really need to step it up to keep up.

Great food, but maybe clean the floors and tables. You can watch the flies eating all of the crumbs as you eat.

Food was fresh and tasted great. Every table was a mess and there wasn’t a large crowd. The burrito wasn’t wrapped well and was falling apart. The ice machine was broken so for a drink I had to order from the limited cooler selection that was almost empty. Very friendly and quick staff.

Just went here for the first time last week. Never ate Chipotle before, and had no idea it was an assembly line style ordering. + + + + The food was REALLY good, very fresh. AMAZING guacamole. None of us had any meat options though, so can’t verify how those were. — - — The place itself, a TOTAL wreck. Food all over the floor and tables. It was pretty shocking when we walked in the door. Place was about 1⁄3 filled with diners, they couldn’t send someone out to clean? — - No idea who set up this place but the tables are placed strangely, you have to maneuver through them to get to the back right corner and get in a very cramped line. Very cramped and uncomfortable. — - — - Music SOLOUD we couldn’t hear anyone at the counter. They couldn’t hear us either(though we repeated it 4 times) because they messed up our order(Didn’t add the toppings we asked for, then completely missed me ordering my burrito — looked at me blankly after not hearing me, and then went on to the next person in line behind me.). it was still pretty tasty though, even if they didn’t give us what we asked for. I’ll be back for take-out. Have ZERO intentions of eating in there again unless they clean up their mess. If the food was only decent I’d skip it in the future but the food saved this place.

This was a once and done visit. The service was poor and we had to wait for them to cook mushrooms, onions and peppers to put them on the food line. There was no one in line but me and my wife. The dinning room was very messy and it looked more like a kids hangout. Sorry, but that’s the best I could do.

Love love love. Always fresh and delicious. Don’t pay too much attention to the more negative reviews and just try it for yourself! Always my favorite place to go, and you’ll always leave full.

Three words, Get It Together! I’ve been to many Chipotles, and I love Chipotle. Open now for a few months, this one is a total disaster. I blame this on the manager who on my second trip spent all of his time doing nothing in the back and then chit chatting with other employees in the dining room. I stared at trash cans overflowing and there was not one clean table in the house. The floors were a disaster as well. Now, if it had been 12 noon I’d probably forgive them, but it was 3:30 and there were at least 6(I counted) employees standing in the back doing absolutely nothing. To add insult to injury, the line server got attitude with me when I asked for new fajita veg and told me that it would take a while to prepare new veg. I find it unacceptable that one of the 6 doing nothing in the back wasn’t making new veg. They were also practically out of rice. So the line server then proceeded, with attitude, to scrape the bottom of the tin and served me the old veg. They were completely out of napkins so we had to use paper towels. And to round out the horrible experience, someone had a colonic explosion in the bathroom all over the toilet seat. I sure hope that Chipotle corporate reads this and intervenes immediately. Until then, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I went to Chipotle on a windy afternoon with my girlfriend and fat roommate who wears the robe. The Chipotle is located where the old movie theater used to be in the 90’s. Why does the Wyoming Valley do that? Every bar you go to is the Old something… it’s as though we can’t move on with new identities. «Did you try Chipotle?» «You mean the old movie theater?» «Yeah, sure — but instead of movies they serve tex-mex.» «I saw T2: Judgement Day there. That’s a sci-fi thriller.» «You think it holds up?» «Yeah. Although when I saw Walk The Line, it was weird to see the bad guy as Johnny Cash’s dad. Took me right out of the movie.» «Yeah Robert Patrick will forever be the T-1000.» My girlfriend and I managed to get to the front of the gigantic line eventually, only to turn and see that my fat roommate who wears the robe hadn’t made it. At some point, probably in hot hunger sweats with his inability to read the Tex-Mex ingredients he had fled like the xenophobe he is to the open and welcoming arms of Fives Guys(also located in the old movie theater.) I ordered beef and her the vegetarian option. The cashier mumbled pretty poorly and I wasn’t sure that I had even managed to place my order by the time I was pushed aside and made to put more ingredients inside the burrito. I went with a variety of beans and rice and salsas and finally got to the check-out where I ordered some chips more so because I was confused about the whole experience, and the sheer volume of people in the restaurant screaming and trying to grapple with the new dining experience were making me nervous. «You know this used to be a movie theater.» someone was saying to their kid. «I saw Lion King here when I was your age.» «What was your favorite party daddy?» «When Mufaussa died…» then upon reflection«But you know how bitter and broken my relationship with grandpa is.» «I love Grandpa.» «You’ll see him on Christmas!» We sat down at the out-side dining portion, which was something akin to Save By The Bell’s Max. It seems like all the cool teens in The Wyoming Valley are dining outside of the Chipotle, they were all texting and making fun of their classmates who still insist on hanging out in Curry Donuts, even though we now have a Chipotle, and it is soooo cool. My fat roommate who wears the robe was climbing over the railings of the enclosed outside dining area as I bit into my Burrito– I ate about half of it, before clarifying with my girlfriend that the burrito was cold and I didn’t think it should be that way. Her’s was also cold, and ripping apart — she was stabbing the non-heated tofu with her fork and grimacing, agreeing that no — a meal that cost upward of seventeen dollars should not be cold. My fat roommate who wears the robe was all about the fries from Five Guys. Smiling but also wanting to get home, he had been away from the couch for far to long, and I assumed through their shared-psychic link they were crying out to one another. We pushed our way through the mob of what would have been the teens from Dawson’s Creek in an easier age, but now were things I didn’t recognize. All I knew is that they loved Chipolte and I did not… than again, I remember when Chipotle was a movie theater.

I wanted to try this place since some people love it. I ordered the chicken quesadillas. They loaded it with cheese which I was happy about because I thought there were going to skimp on it. I also got chips, salsa, and guacamole. The chips were good they were extra salty though. The salsa and guacamole was actually better than I though it was going to be. The quesadillas were good too. The staff was very nice and I got my food pretty quickly too.

Couldn’t wait to try this place!!! Heard great things. Food is ok. I got a burrito bowl and I would like to try different items… Came when they first opened for the day… Service was quick until… I went to pay. For some reason the manager who was talking in a rude manner to staff in front of the piling customers at this point, was having trouble with the computer to allow me to pay… She seemed totally lost and confused and was MANAGER. Was not nice or apologetic for the wait of what was now ten minutes… Not a good first experience and chipotle has their female manager with reddish brown hair to thank.

This place was so busy since it opened I decided to give it a try to see what all the fuss was all about. I got a burrito bowl and it was by far one of the worst I’ve ever had. The chicken rather than having a char taste, just tasted burnt. Some toppings were put on in excess, while there was barely a trace of others. There are way better places in this area.

I honestly was so anxious to go here and see what the rave is about. I went at 3 pm, not many people there but A lot of employees now the first server was great even up to the second I asked for a quesadilla with chicken and cheese now she puts it to warm up but I get a cold quesadilla with no melted cheese at all. Now when you get to the person who is cashing you out he is too busy having a conversation about«what are we doing tonight» with his co-workers the tables were dirty you would think with that many people in there someone would have wiped them down and half of the fountain drinks were out. Sorry this place did not live up to the expectations I will not be eating here again unless they change their staff or retrain them
