I called their Optical department to ask a question. Before I was able to ask, the woman who answered the phone told me she was too busy to «deal with this» and hung up the phone.

Mainly a store for women and not that big of a selection for men. However, The clothes are rather nice so that is a plus. I’ve bought quite a few shirts, shorts, and pants from JCP and I’d happily go back any time. Only real flaw of the store is the price range. I mean the quality of the clothes is fine but the prices are laughable. There is a reason why they rarely have any business unless they are having a sale. I think if they had more reasonable prices then they’d get a lot more customers. I am not that pleased with the store layout though. I feel it could be organized better. Like sections are often mixed up, They should make one side of the store for men, the other women, and upstairs they make for kids and appliances. Overall, JCP is a solid store but I can’t say that I’d recommend them unless a sale is going on. Once again, If the prices became more reasonable then it’d be worth going to on a constant basis.

Wow did JCPenney get a facelift! Not surprising of the popularity of this store. I couldn’t locate this store on Unilocal before this evening(thanks to muah). If I walked into this store, but not take notice of the sign, I’d never know it was JCP. This store has drastically changed(for the better). Now has Sophora. Looks very classy and high-end. Pumps/high heel section needs a little work. Never frequented JCPenny before. Will most-likely go back. Great job JCP.
