Seriously mediocre and the staff don’t know the menu. Under the beverages, cream soda is listed as a fountain drink. Server told me it was bottled. That didn’t bother me too much, I honestly didn’t need the extra sugar. Ordered the chicken club. Menu said it came with mayo, cheese, lettuce and tomato. Came out missing the cheese. When I asked the server, she told me it didn’t come with cheese. Of course I checked the menu on the way out and it was supposed to have cheese. Fries were overcooked and just underwhelming. Sandwich was alright, but nothing better than I could get anywhere else. My husband’s fish and chips looked like overcooked Gorton’s filets. Nothing impressive about any of it. I wanted to like it, but in the end it was totally just a «meh» experience.

Their soda makes the place defiantly try all the flavors. Doo-wop type themed place, Foods nothing extraordinary but still is worth a stop. I had the bacon cheese stake interesting combo that was very good. Service was right on point and very friendly. Over all an average food joint with executional sodas and good service

We were seated immediately on the top and our waitress came quickly and took our drink orders. I had to, of course, get the root beer out of the bottle, due to the cult status. But to me, it tasted just like regular root beer, it wasn’t really anything special. It took A LONGTIME for our food to come. Then our food came, and I got the bacon cheese steak with French fries. While I was eating, the wait staff was too busy conversing to check on me while I was in desperate need of some water. While I’m talking about water, they charge $ 2.00 for water. I’m not making that up. But it was pretty good food. Staff could have been better.

This place was pretty good. The service was really amazing, they really took care of us and we were able to get in and out. I personally like the wraps and fries, my kids loved the cheese steaks here too!

Stopped in for lunch. Food was cold and overpriced. Root beer is always a classic! Bathroom was locked with no one inside. A large line began to form which did not lend itself to an appetizing atmosphere. Next time I will just get the root beer at the take out window. Darn disappointing

Best chilli cheese dog on the board walk. The onion ring were also delicious. Stewart’s made my day with that delicious dog I ate.

It’s on the boardwalk so you shouldn’t go in expecting fine dining. It’s just a quick place to grab a bite and the food is good enough!

Burgers were cold and tasteless and way overpriced NO chips or ff included… for 8 bucks they should at least include some kind of side! Daughter’s milkshake was not very chocolately and runny texture not the thick kind you would expect from a place like this. Pretty much highway robbery due to their recognizable name. Never again!

We sat upstairs which we didn’t realize meant outside in a wind tunnel. We ended up moving to a seat that was against a wall to block us from the wind without telling the waitress. She noticed that we moved and it wasn’t an issue. Another group sat at the wind tunnel table and then got up and moved too. We ordered a sampler platter and buffalo chicken wrap. She made sure to ask if we wanted the sampler with the wrap or as an appetizer. We wanted it together because I wasn’t hungry and we were splitting it. The food was as expected. My wrap was really messy due to an abundance of buffalo sauce. I can’t complain since there wasn’t any food left when we left. We both ended up using the restroom. I was expecting a mess and a long line since it was on the boardwalk. It was a single unisex restroom that was heated, clean, and vacant.

If you’re looking for a place to sit down with family and friends on the boardwalk than Stewart’s rooftop deck is a nice option. The burgers are decent, but my friend ordered the fried shrimp and they were overcooked and ice cold. The staff is truly horrible — no customer service training at all. They never offered an apology for the cold food or for the fact that he received his meal after everyone else was done eating. The waitress constantly disappeared and was no where to be found. The floor of the restaurant was EXTREMELYSLIPPERY from grease. Be careful. But the thing that was really bothersome was the bill. They have several different prices for sodas — your best bet is to order the mug with free refills, otherwise be prepared to spend $ 2.00 a bottle. Substituting onion rings for french fries is an additional $ 4.00 surcharge. I still don’t really get how dinner for 6 people at $ 10 per meal comes out to a $ 100.00 check?

I was displeased with the quality of the food that I ordered for the price I was charged. I got the Buffalo Shrimp Salad for $ 12.99 which consisted of mixed Romaine lettuce, the kind you can buy at the supermarket for $ 2.00, 4 grape tomatoes, 2 stalks of celery placed in a circle on the plate, and about 10 buffalo shrimp. There was no substance at all, it was a meal I could have made at home for half the cost. It is a shame that you cannot get a semi-healthy meal on the Wildwood Boardwalk. Service also wasn’t very good and we had to purchase bottled water, no free glasses of water here.

Good service with a smile. The same Stewarts root beer and burgers you had a millions years ago. Very yummy and priced well for the Boardwalk. Their upstairs patio is nice but only when the sun goes down. Get the frozen mug of root beer!

Seriously one of the best places to eat in all of Wildwood… and so convenient being right on the boardwalk! AMAZING food, AMAZING views, and AMAZING service! Could it get any better… I think not! :)

I was pretty excited when they put a Stewart’s Root Beer on the Wildwood Boardwalk. It’s a great place to take your hungry kids after a long day of rides. They have plenty of seating inside, but my favorite part to sit is on the roof deck. It’s beautiful up there at night with the cool ocean breeze and gorgeous views all around. My friends loved the cheeseburgers. The fries are yummy as hell. But I was really there for the famous root beer float, which was dee-lish.
