Excellent experience! Went with my 4 year old daughter and she was treated like a princess. They have a meal for little girls that consists of a heart shaped peanut butter and jelly sandwich, chips and 2 mini cupcakes all served on a princess plate! Also included is a super cute ice cream sundae and a princess crown to wear and keep as well as tea(or juice or hot chocolate) served in a real teapot with a real tea cup. She was in heaven! It is a small house converted to this very quaint small tea room. Don’t expect a restaurant experience with a large menu –Expect more of a bed and breakfast feel. Knick knacks line every inch and it has a more homey than elegant feel so it doesn’t feel snobby which I loved– but if you are looking for super upscale tea this probably isn’t your forté. We were visiting family in the villages. If you’re here visiting with your daughter or your granddaughter is in town it’s a must for a girls lunch. Would be adorable for a bridal luncheon, baby shower or little girls birthday in my opinion. Great job guys– super cute place!

What a wonderful little find! The food is all homemade with care, and the owners are kind and attentive. Please make time in your afternoon to step into Polly’s Pantry. You won’t be sorry. If your a reader, you may also be pleased to know that Tricia, the co-owner, is an author and has written several books based on her life. Knowing this adds great novelty to your visit. She’s available to autograph any of her books.

I am here in Florida visiting my parents in The Villages. My mom wanted some girls time so we went to Polly’s. You walk in and feel like you are in a warm and welcoming bed and breakfast. What a gem of a place! The owners are wonderful and welcomed us warmly. There are little bells on the table that you can ring if you need anything. There is plenty of hot tea to choose from although they are just your average Twinnings brand we were able to choose a interesting peach flavor. I got the new sampler. It has a small peice of ham and asparagus quiche, fresh carrot soup and 2 types of chicken salad. It was SO good. My mom got the croissant with chicken salad and bacon which was also amazing. I can’t wait to go back again next time I visit.

Stopped here for lunch with my family, and we were pleasantly surprised. The shrimp/avocado salad was fresh and tasty. Everyone was pleased with their meal. This looks like a family home, converted into a cute little tea/gift shop, and restaurant. The country cottage theme is very nicely done and the service was excellent.

This was my first visit here. Decided to surprise my mom with High Tea. Overall the experience wasn’t the greatest. It was a shame because the owners seemed nice but were overwhelmed. I will give praise to some of the food. We enjoyed the mini sandwiches. I am glad we went but unfortunately we will not be back.

Absolutely delightful British couple who did most all the work themselves? the room was packed not only with pleased customers but with all kids of fun nick-knacks. the Shepard pie was perfection for a cool rainy day

This is a great spot for lunch. John and Tricia are a British couple and they run the entire place from waiting on tables to preparing food. I tried the sampler platter because I couldn’t decide. It came with two types of chicken salad, the soup of the day(corn chowder) and the quiche of the day(bacon and veggie). Everything was very tasty, especially the Coronado chicken salad and the quiche. We also had the unsweetened raspberry tea, which was very refreshing. Portions are big.

What an adorable place! My grandma took me here on my recent visit to Leesburg and I was totally charmed. Polly’s is owned by an awesome British couple, and this is the perfect place for an afternoon tea, light lunch or to satisfy your sweet tooth with friends. The inside is decorated with a lot of odds and ends from yesteryear(most of which are available for purchase) and the food was fantastic. My vacation time called for a not-so-light lunch of Shepherd’s Pie, followed up by bread pudding. The pie was hearty and wonderful; flavorful meat, mixed with veggies of all sorts, fantastically creamy mashed potatoes, and very welcome cheddar cheese melted on top. I shouldn’t have eaten the whole thing… but I totally did. When our server mentioned bread pudding was a dessert option, well… I just couldn’t help myself, and I’m so glad that I couldn’t. This is one of the best bread puddings I’ve ever had — a butterscotchy/caramel cream sauce, delicious bits of orange throughout the pudding, piping hot and topped with a dollop of whipped cream. Heaven help us all. So much for a light lunch with Grandma. My only disappointment was that the tea offerings were exactly what I could have gotten at home(no really, my apartment is basically a Twinings shop). I still enjoyed my Earl Grey, but I would have liked to see home brews, or some delicious local loose tea. Maybe next time!

Quaint tea room. Small menu. Everything done well. Great spot for a ladies lunch, but men can be found. Really good homemade Shepard’s Pie, wonderful quiches. High tea in the afternoon. Reservation needed for tea.

This is definately one of the better Tea Rooms in the area. It’s run by a cute british couple who are really friendly and enjoy mingling with the customers. The tea is great, but the quiche is AMAZING! And on top of that the prices are reasonable. It’s also a great place to buy tea and embrace your inner Anglophile.
