Michael Kors

I’ve been here a couple of times. The first time, I was looking for a dress for our company gala but did not find anything I like that would have been appropriate. I haven’t set foot inside this store until Tuesday when my mom who is visiting told me about her intentions to purchase a Michael Kors purse/​bag.
The store itself is fairly small and the staff were fairly friendly. We were greeted by a sales associate who wasn’t pushy, she just asked what we were looking for and informed us about the deals they had going on. She also answered my questions eagerly and even told my mom to make sure she takes her time when deciding over what she really wants to purchase. I thought that was nice.
When she finally purchased the bag, they were very helpful at the counter and took some extra precautions by asking questions that only the credit card holder would know to confirm her identity. She is happy with the purchase as far as I know and even said she has never found an MK purse for the price she paid which is mostly true. I own one but I don’t think I would own another until this one dies.

Not worth it. Have visited this store twice. Have yet to really able to shop since both times in was immediately approached by an over eager, over tan girl who talks like she was straight out of House Bunny (SO NICE). Hire mature people, allow your customers to shop peacefully and knock off the omg I’m a sorority girl attitude.
