TCI Development is a top notch contracting company. Paul, the owner is a man of integrity (yes, he does what he says!) and only hires subcontractors that have the same standards!
Paul and his team got my concrete walkway poured and kept my backyard clean in the process. The work is beautiful and functional, Paul made sure to suggest changes to make walkway more functional.
Can’t say enough good things about Paul, it was such a pleasure to work with him! He even came back the day after the job was complete to double check the work and clean up (even though it was cleaned up the evening before)…and I had already paid him in FULL!!! Who does that?
Paul and his team are respectful, punctual and honest… he is my contractor for life!
To top it off he is a Veteran, I love the idea of supporting someone who dedicated a large part of his life to protecting and serving our country.

I only wish there was an six stars. We had a small job, converting a third car tandem garage into a home office. I obtained quotes from five providers through Angie’s list. Two gave me quotes over the phone and didn’t schedule appointments, of the three that came out Paul was by far the most professional, punctual, and knowledgable. I had in my mind what I wanted to do, and being the knowitall that I am, didn’t really expect any of my vendors to say «that’s probably not going to work». Paul did that and offered some great alternative suggestions. He provided a quote quickly including references and his license and insurance information. I didn’t expect this much from a contractor. Paul’s estimate to fully convert an empty garage into a living space was around $ 7,000 and he expected the job to be done within 2 – 3 weeks. I’m sitting in my brand new office eight working days from the start of construction! What an amazing job he and Steven, his main guy working did.
Paul showed up 1 minute before he promised on the day he was starting. It was incredible. I thought maybe he was showing off since it was the first day, but every single day he and Steven showed up on time and gave my job the highest priority. I work from home so I checked on them constantly, probably was in their hair too much, but they were so quick and so detail-​oriented it was just great.
Every single day, Paul and Steven made significant progress and gave me updates. What’s more is that construction can be a bear on a family. We have a young child and she has a very specific nap schedule. Paul worked around all that and made sure that he and Steven cleaned up the worksite every night. There were never any nails, or screws, or tools for my child to step on or hurt herself on.
Towards the end of the job, Paul took the time to provide some additional details to the office that made it look great. These were items that were outside of his scope of work and I had never planned on, but he took it upon himself to make sure every detail was exactly right. I’ve never hired a contractor who is so professional and so honest, and talented.
