They have a special but they added a $ 25.00 Admin Fee Deceptive advertising. So watch out don’t take the quoted price as the final price…

This business doesn’t practice ethical business procedures. They send no bills until you’re late and then add late payment fees and bogus lien charges every month. You end up paying $ 80 extra per month. The management is only there on certain days and doesn’t return calls. You have to remember to pay on the first each month without a bill. Plus, I never signed a contract agreeing to any of this. A contractor arranged the storage and put it in my name. It’s not even my stuff. They don’t do auto billing. They do everything they can to get the late fees and lien charges. Other storage places never put a lien on until you are months late on your bill. $ 105 per month turns to $ 115 then $ 140 and when you call to pay that bill which was mailed to you, they say NO, it’s $ 170 due. Even when you have a letter from them stating it’s $ 140 if paid by this day! BTW, I was told six months into this that they don’t send bills. If I weren’t so busy and grieving the loss of my daughter and husband, I would have paid more attention and not kept paying the bogus charges thinking I had missed a bill. I have never ever been treated by any business like this. You can see by my reviews that I rate other businesses high. If you need storage, check out other businesses and see what their policies are. Maybe they are all like this. I hope not. If they are, let’s start an Ethical Storage INC.
