We came to this place just by seeing it from the freeway. When we came in we were greeted warmly and were given lots of great information. Paul, the sales associate, was VERY helpful and never pushy. He gave us unbiased opinions and didn’t try to up sell us. We are planning on installing ourselves and he gave us lots of tips. The turf was on sale, which was a bonus. Would recommend this place for sure.

Stopped by to check out there options on artificial grass. I had some questions around pet friendly options, Paul was so helpful in giving me valuable information about both recycled and new turf was happy with the options he showed me.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. We are adding artificial grass to a dog run and found a recycled material at great price. All the necessary supplies to install were sold in house, which made for an easy purchase.

I purchased the recycled turf to do two 600 sg ft areas, one in the front and 1 in the back. I was shown one of the rolls and was told this is what all 3 of my rolls would look like. When It came time to install the turf, I was given 3 different rolls and 2 of the rolls dont match up to cover a 600 sq ft area and the other 600 sq ft area I wasn’t given enough turf to cover 600 sq ft.
I called to tell them about everthing that went wrong and that I wasn’t even given what I bought or enough. I was told he needed to speak to a manager and I would be called back the next day. I was never called back so I called and was told he was out to lunch and I would receive a call when he returned. I never received a cal back so, I called the following day and asked about not given a call back and he transferred me to a manager. I explained the entire situation and was told they would try to help. I was told they would give me some additional turf (which doesn’t match either), I was told I would be given infill (they gave me the infill with rubber in it that is for stadiums and that is toxic to dogs which I already told them I had). I returned the toxic infill and was given three 50 lb bags (covers nothing). I was told I could cut out where my turf had marker lines and seam together. If I cut out the seamed lines of 1 of the pieces that doesn’t match the other peice I will have 4 seams on 1 peice of turf. I was told if I had someone who knew what they are doing none of the seams would show (which I do). I resonded with I wasn’t suppose to have been given this turf in the 1^st place and if I had been given the turf I was shown I would have only 1 line every 20 feet. I was told the infill wouild help cover the seam lines that didn’t match up. The infill did nothing what so ever the seam line is just as visible and looks terrible!!! I had to make my front 600 sq ft area smaller becuase I wasn’t given enough turf to cover 600 sq ft (which I paid for).
I hate the way my turf looks in the back because nothing matches up and would never recommend buying recycled turf from AGL unless you look at all the rolls 1^st. I will be ripping out 600 sq ft and buying new turf elsewhere.

I stopped by yesterday to check out their products and showroom as I’m currently halfway through my turf removal rebate application and wanted to see and feel their grass in person as well as get some questions answered.
I walked in and met with Kailee, their assistant manager, who spent about 15 minutes with me going over their products in their new location/​showroom. FYI… they just moved here on the 1^st from their Diaz location in Temecula which is why the pin on their Unilocal map is incorrect… Don’t worry though, I submitted the correct map position to Unilocal for approval :)
They offer new and recycled turf, but the new turf is the only one that qualifies for the rebate. Kailee answered all of my questions and was very friendly in her presentation. While I wish I could’ve taken advantage of their promotion, I didn’t wanna do anything without hearing about my application.
As soon as I do, I have a strong feeling I’ll be coming back here with a few more questions…

I had AGL install some Diamond Elite Turf in an area behind my pool and besides the fact they did an amazing job installing it, it looks and feels fantastic plus so real. The dog loves it also… and I won’t hesitate to recommend or refer them to anyone that wants to have realistic looking water free turf year round! My neighbor just hired them also…

We shopped around for artificial turf for our back yard by our pool. AGL gave us a good price and had it installed and looking beautiful in one day. We have had our grass for about a year now and love it. Not one problem!!!

Product starting shedding/​falling apart. Skimped on measurements too. Young, sketchy guys.

bought grass from them, delivered all the way to my house, about an hour drive realized they forgot some pieces and drove all the way back to the warehouse and back to the house, eventhough late at night GREAT SERVICE

Michelle was very helpful and knowledgable! She helped us find the turf we needed to fit our budget and even have us pointers on how we could do it on our own. Their prices are very competitive, if not the best and the have a wide selection.
