I loved it! Barista did an amazing cappuccino, and the dessert so good ! Cute décor and the staff was so friendly. Just wish there was more seating space. But overall it was great and I will be back !

This place has the most amazing baked goods in the area. The bread is beyond delicious and is the best I’ve ever had. That leads to the sandwiches. There is a breakfast panini that is beyond amazing. You have to try it to believe it. Same with the rest of the paninis on the menu. Their baked goods are also out of this world, including cookies, muffins, cakes, and scones. And they have these bombolinos, which are fabulous donuts. Everything is wonderful. The coffee is good, but it’s not my favorite. I like a strong coffee, but all the pour overs are really strong and a tad bitter for my taste. I also agree with the reviewer who says they need a bigger size, especially for iced drinks. The service can be very slow, depending on the time of day, but if ordering a panini they are made fresh so it’s worth the wait. The pour overs also take time, so it can get frustrating if the people in front all order pour overs. I’ve waited in line for quite some time. I’ve also heard from several people that they think the owner is not the nicest guy as he is reserved and can be a little off putting. I chalk it up to different personalities. He’s just not a chatty outgoing guy from what I can tell. Might want to lighten up a bit when in the service industry, but does it really matter for the few minutes it takes to place an order? It’s not a big deal for me when the food is so good. I highly recommend taking a trip. It is so worth it.

I can honestly say I have never bought anything here that I don’t like. I LOVE desserts, but I don’t like them too sweet and his desserts are an absolute treat. His chocolate chip cookies, paninis, and every dessert in between are phenomenal! Must try!

Wonderful little place that was a little hard to find for a traveler from California but so worth it! I appreciate the care and craftsmanship they put into their coffee and food items. I ordered a latte and the prosciutto and greens panini, and they were superb. You could tell the bread was hand made, the whole panini was extremely refreshing and nourishing. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and brightness from the natural light in the café, though small it is quaint and comfortable. I enjoyed the latte so much that I ordered a pour over to go afterwards! I saw they used a Chemex as the brewing method and I had to have it. You must try the depth of flavor present in the Chemex brew method! If I was staying in Massachusetts longer, I would’ve come back multiple times!

Even though I waited for my panini for 10 minutes, it was worth to wait. It was really fresh and tasty! Coffee was also very good!

So fabulous. The sandwiches were interesting, fresh and authentic. The bread, though! Words can’t describe how perfect it is. The chocolate caramel torte is a must.

Off the beaten path in Wilbraham, Mass, this little shop is a must stop spot. It’s simple and relatively small, but this is definitely NOT another quickie coffee and sandwich shop. This was a holiday weekend and we only wanted a quick bite before we got back on the road. Alas. the holiday meant all our choices were closed, so we wandered far off our intended path until we found Pan’e Dolcetti. It was open so we stopped. Lucky us. First off, this is serious brewed coffee to linger over, every sip an adventure in taste. It really helps to know good coffee and here that really, really shows… Turns out owners Cara and Felice Aiello learned their beans from coffee-maven Donna Fragle at New York’s ultimate coffeehouse, Oren’s Daily Roast, The best coffee in this house, a big satisfying cup, three bucks… Wow, what a deal. Panini seemed just right, quick, toasty, good enough… A few things of note. When the panini arrived, we didn’t want to get anywhere except into another bite. Quality and care SCREAM through. The homemade facacio bread was astonishingly tasty and just right for the sandwich. Only, oddly, it wasn’t toasted. That is, after all, the definition of a panini — toasted sandwich. So I missed the crunch, I missed the cheese melting into all the crevices, but all in all, I didn’t give a damn because it was so amazingly good. Great ingredients and lots of care made this one of the best non-panini sandwiches ever. That’s it. Nothing much else to report. We got back on the road, a bit delayed but pleased with a great stop. Next time we’ll plan on going out of our way to come back. This place is definitely worth it.

This place is amazing! I just ate what may have been the best sandwich I have ever tasted. Fresh airy bread, fresh mozzarella, roasted yellow tomatoes, basil that must have just been picked, perfectly matched olive oil. Cannoli and espresso were equally delicious. We had been driving on the Pike in traffic, hungry and grumpy. It was so worth the time to drive a few minutes off the highway! Changed our whole day.

Excellent food, excellent coffee and unimaginable desserts. A true neighborhood gem!!! I found this place with the help of Unilocal, not something you’ll just see from the side of the road. Their coffee is real, bodied, with the right amount of aroma è crema. Their sandwiches are a bound of delicious fresh vegetables, dressed nicely with olive oil and finished with a focaccia bread for the awards, soft texture inside and perfect crust on the outside. For dessert I had the caramel & chocolate torte, it’s inside a butter crust, real chocolate glazed with a light cover of caramel and a tiny amount of flaked gourmet salt, beautiful presentation and an explosion of flavor to your senses.

I stopped in for a cappuccino mid day it wasn’t busy at all so service was quite prompt. My coffee was very good, although I thought the serving size was small for the price. Always a nice feature is raw sugar for your coffee which I greatly appreciate. I must admit I don’t order coffee drinks stateside as I am usually disappointed, perhaps the serving/price is inline with other such local establishments.

I couldn’t say anything better about this place. I’m raving. This is well worth the 10 minute drive from the pike and I’m so happy I found it. I’ve come twice in two days. And I never visit the same place twice usually. 100% have the best coffee in western mass. I’ve been searching for 5 months. The beans are from a toaster in Brooklyn. Grumpy roasters I believe. Quality. I had the mozz panini after much debate and I was not let down! The homemade focaccia is soft and flavorful and the mozz is Fresh. The tomatoes are roasted and yellow tomatoes and you can tell the owner cares about the ingredients and product. And all made to order! I’m not sure if the owner is the only one who works typically but he is super friendly and super modest. Try this place even if it’s a tad out of the way. You won’t be disappointed.

Delicious lunch today! My daughter and I stopped to get a cup of cappuccino, a chai and a bakery item. We ended up getting a delicious sandwich. It was yummy bread with a nice fresh layer of mozzarella, roasted yellow tomatoes(with a favor that was out of this world) with fresh basil. OMG! The cream puffs were to die for! I will be back again and again!!!

Before you take a trip to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks, let me just stop you right there. You are drinking mediocre coffee. If you want amazing coffee, you NEED to come here. The coffees change with availability, and come in fresh roasted weekly from New York’s Café Grumpy. If you’ve never had a pourover coffee, now is the time. Ground fresh and brewed using a Chemex and cone filter right before your eyes, you get a smooth cup of coffee like no other. As a person who has always taken coffee with cream and sugar, you don’t even need to add anything because, yes, the coffee is THAT good! It takes a few minutes, but so worth the wait! If the coffee alone isn’t enough, anything they serve for food is just amazing. Everything is made fresh in-house from rustic breads to their filled to order cannolis. There is definitely something for every taste, and you can’t help but come back to try something new! Stop the madness and the monotony of the chain coffee shops and come here, you will not be disappointed!!!

What propelled me from four stars into five was the blueberry lavender gelato. The mozzarella panini was very good, but pricey for the size at $ 6. All the ingredients were fresh including the focaccia bread. The earl grey lavender tea was also very good and a nice change from earl grey with bergamot. The place was clean, service friendly, and they accepted debit cards. You clean up after yourself putting your dishes in a bin next to the door. I’m a tea drinker, but this place makes me want to drink coffee. We grabbed a bunch of desserts to go and they made a bunch of people happy. Went back a second time and it keeps getting better. I wish I could give more than five stars. Everything is just so good. The bread, hot chocolate, and desserts are exceptional. When they take out a giant prosciutto and slice fresh pieces right off it you know this place is legit. Can’t wait to go back.

We’ve now been here a few times. I think an updated review is in order & an increase in stars. Very cool, very clean little shop. The owners are a hardworking couple serving up high quality food & drink. Often times the line to order can get backed up but it’s worth the wait. Lots of choices for coffee & tea as well as pastries, sandwiches & focaccia. Today I came for one thing… cold brewed ice coffee. If you know what I’m talking about, then you know to add this to your bookmarks. If not, then you should know that cold brewed ice coffee is incredibly smooth, rich, strong & delicious. And that is what’s being served up here. Top quality! I’ll keep coming back for this alone.
