What happened here? Our kids loved BookIt personal pizzas, so we got into the habit of ordering 2 – 3 times a month. There was an awesome manager named Becky who always made sure we were taken care of, even though the pickup time would vary wildly from 10 minutes to an hour and a half. Lately, we’ve got slow, sloppy pizzas from sour-faced employees and no sign of service. Tonight we ordered delivery, and waited over an hour, well past the expected delivery time. When I called three time to check on status, the phone would ring for several minutes with no pick up. I think we’re done here.

Well, this will be the last time I use this location of Pizza Hut. For the second time in a row, the order was late, food tasted nasty, and to top it off this time, I was treated to the staff yelling at each other and carrying on about other orders they screwed up. Be a little professional! The last thing that a customer who is waiting for their screwed up order wants to hear is you yelling about all the other orders you have gotten wrong. Ugh, my stomach still hurts!
