What a nice stop on our last day of travel in south US. I didn’t found the saddle I was looking for, but the advises and service was really great! The item selection in the store is really nice ! I would have loved to find my saddle in such a nice place ! However I found several nices tacks !

I was driving through town, from Phoenix to Prescott, with my dog Joey. I was worried that his collar was too loose and that he could fall out of my convertible on the road (if he decided to lean to far out of the window). I called Ben’s Saddlery to see if they can punch another notch in his collar to make it tighter. Not only did he do it in less than 2 minutes, but he didn’t even charge me for the work. Nice guy. I’ll be coming back when it’s time to buy me my first cowboy hat, or next set of boots. Thanks!

Surprise, AZ
We took a day trip up to Wickenburg from Surprise last weekend and stumbled on Ben’s Saddlery. I had been searching for the perfect belt for a long time, but had not found what I was looking for either online or in town. I asked Bruce at Ben’s if he could make me a custom belt and he was more than happy to do so. His customer service was spectacular and I love my new belt! Plus, I was pleasantly surprised that what he charged for my custom belt was far less than I’d seen online. I’d highly recommend stopping in while in Wickenburg.
