First let me say that I’m a guy. I stopped in to get a gift certificate for a special lady and ended up coming out with a free microderm abrasion session for myself using their promotion. As a guy, I was pretty skeptical that this would do anything for me, but I ended up being unbelievably surprised. I’m in my mid-30s’s and starting to show my age. In just one microdermabrasion session I noticed a SIGNIFICANT improvement in my facial skin. It literally shaved like three years off of my face. It was a painless process and I plan on going back for a couple more. The staff was very friendly and welcoming which was important for me being a skeptical dude treading in what is normally considered to be ladies territory.

This was absolutely the WORST massage experience I have ever experienced. My husband and I flew in from out of town for a wedding and decided to get a couple’s massage. We showed up and had to wait about 15 minutes for the guy working to figure out what paperwork we needed and nothing at all was organized. My husband had a massage with a girl that worked downstairs in the chiropractic office. His massage was on an actual chiropractic table. He got up and left the massage only 30 minutes into the hour because the girl was just slapping lotion on him with no technique what so ever. He asked her how long she had been a massage therapist and she said 1 week. He also left because the room was so cold that his arms were numb. My massage was with the male that worked there. I should have left half way through as well, but I felt bad at the time and was just hoping it would get better. I honestly felt like it was his first time ever doing a massage. It was so awful all around. We called the office manager after our massage to tell her our experience and she told me she had the same guy work on her before and it took her a week for her back to stop hurting and that she agreed he was horrible… are you kidding me?! Why does he work there and what kind of business are these people running. She said she will talk to the Owners on Monday so we shall she if they rectify this situation. I am still blown away by this. It makes me so frustrated that there isn’t more pride taken in your business and services they provide. This was my husband and my first night away from our daughter who was born early and been sick all year. This was meant to be relaxing and give us a break. So much for that!
