The customer service area needs immediate help. How can you just ignore someone that is asking mutliple people to help her find her shade in the YSL luminous foundation, the Kat von D foundation, and the bareminerals poweder. Please you are not above me sephora employees. Next time I will take my money elsewhere and not here. The location is gorgeous and the shopping place is beautiful in the spring and summer.

It’s pretty cool that the ladies get paid to stand around and chat with each other instead of helping customers. I noticed they were busy before I even walked in so I expected a wait before I was helped; however when I walked in, either it wasn’t as busy as I expected or I wasn’t the only one being neglected — this observation comes from passing several employees not helping anyone (nor was I greeted when I walked in) and when I finally found the brand of makeup I was interested in trying, it took about 10 minutes before the group of three women asked if I was doing okay. This is not customer service, this is coping with a job. I’ve spent well over $ 500 at Sephora over the last 6 months, and while this may or may not strike you as a ton of money is irrelevant — for all they knew it could have been my first visit to a Sephora and they didn’t do a very good job of selling the brand to me.

This Sephora location is the holy grail of Wichita beauty stores. I had been waiting for a Sephora store for years and was not disappointed when this store opened!
As a VIB Rouge member, I spend more time than I would care to admit in this store and am never anything less than thrilled when I leave, although I’m sure my pocketbook begs to differ.
The employees are all extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. This store is very rarely out of stock of any products and if they are it’s likely that the entire company is sold out, not just this location. They even carried a super limited edition highlighter that was nearly impossible to find elsewhere!

Not the biggest Sephora I’ve been to, but they do have a decent selection of makeup and beauty products. They don’t sell some of the stuff I have seen at other Sephoras. But hey I’m just glad Wichita finally has Sephoras at all. bradley fair is a perfect location for one, too.
Service is pretty decent. I was asked by like 4 different ladies if i needed help finding anything. Items are priced a little on the high side, but makeup is expensive everywhere, so its not so bad. Sephora also gives out a lot of free samples of many products, so you don’t have to buy them! Just ask for a sample.
