So awful, that I finally decided to write my first review. First, the order never got to us the first time we placed our order. When we called to find out why it was late, the staff told us the receipt didn’t have our apt number or our correct phone number. First of all, we have ordered from this pizza hut multiple times. They not only repeated back our apt number, including when we called them back and they VERIFIED it was in their system. They also have 3 phone numbers on file for us. The driver, we were told, didn’t have the apt number listed on the receipt(isn’t is standard procedure to add the apt number to the receipt?). He also had an old phone number listed, which was NOT the number we called the order in on. Rather than call the store and verify and address or phone number after attempting to contact us on the bad phone, he drove back to the store and they cancelled our order. When they tried to correct the issue after we called them back, they told us they would get us our order in 20 min and give us a 30% discount. Okay — maybe that will work(if only)… Not 20, but 40 min later, our order finally arrives to us COLD. So basically, we had to wait 1.5 hours for cold pizza. But yeah, the discount is supposed to make up for that??? No thanks, I hear domino’s calling. Pizza Hut: you just lost me as a customer.

Always a courteous staff aiming to please. I ordered a 16 piece wings last night, and one of the workers dropped them on the floor and they offered to credit my card back, but I declined(as I love their wings) and they hooked me up with a 24 piece!
