I watched an employee that didn’t wash her hands after using the restroom handle the to-​go food bags. I’m pretty sure it was a manager since she was in a blue shirt.
I went in at 6:15 am just after they opened. I wasn’t in the mood for greasy breakfast food, but I needed something before hitting the road, and they’re right next to the turnpike. I get there, and I’m the only customer. I had to use the restroom before ordering, so in I went. There was one other person using the other stall. As I’m minding my own business in my stall, I hear the other toilet flush and someone left without washing her hands. So I hurried out (after flushing the toilet and washing my hands!) and didn’t see any customers. So I asked the lady at the register if it was an employee that left the restroom before me. She has her assumption as to which employee it was since there weren’t any other customers, but she made it sound like many of the employees don’t wash their hands after using the restroom. The middle aged lady that she pointed out had a blue shirt on and was opening food bags, perhaps to bag the drive thru orders. I told the cashier I couldn’t order my food there and left. How disgusting. I mean, geez! How ridiculously disgusting!

There was a new person at the front alone. My mcwrap was upside down and I was charged more.

I went through this drive through after Lowes to get a $ 1 drink. When I pulled up with my money to the first window the girl literally didn’t say anything to me. I brushed it off because I thought she might be listening to someone else ordering. Then when at the second window that girl literally just pushed my drink out the door and didn’t say one word I knew that this place has some serious customer service issues. Next time I will try not to forget my drink while I’m checking out at Lowes!
