worst McDonald’s in Wichita! Apathetic employees. 12 minutes in drive thru at 1 p.m. and then told to go wait in a parking spot for one crumby egg mcmuffin which didn’t come after waiting another couple of minutes. Left to get back to work. Who knows how long it would have taken if I’d have waited? I don’t know who the franchisee is for this one. However, corporate needs to take notice of this store!!!

10 minutes in the drive thru is unacceptable. Only a couple times have I waited less. Managers and employees seem confused by the systems they run.

Today I noticed that they have added ALL DAY BREAKFAST!!! My schedule doesn’t allow me to be there in the mornings, so this is WONDERFUL! I love this location and the service. Before today I tried something new… a Premium Chicken Bacon wrap. But the sneaky little buzzards put two slices of cucumber in my wrap. Fresh cucumber is sort of like opening a can of tuna in a closed space… overtaking smell and taste. Peeeeee… uke. Cucumbers are for making pickles and anybody who eats them fresh has a birth defect in their taste buds. Once I got the slices of cucumber out of the wrap it was edible… and actually quite good.
Now that they have all-​day breakfast I can get what I really want without experimenting with the Kook cucumber nutcases.

This place is pathetic… I spent 50 $ on lunch one day for them to call the cops on my family because the kids weren’t wearing socks in the play place. I have never, ever in my life given a negative review or complained about fast food. Mistakes and oversights seem to come with the territory. But this place not only screws up your food, they are rude and unreasonable. I honestly felt extorted and then bullied because we wouldn’t buy their socks. Pathetic is the best description.

Hey, McDonald’s, that sound you hear, is me driving away from your restaurants, never to return. 20 minute wait in the drive-​through (only 5 cars ahead of me), no Filet-​o-​Fish after midnight now? Maybe I don’t WANT breakfast at 2 a.m., but I’m pretty sure Burger King sells a fish sandwich after midnight. And after that wait, the fries were cold, INEXCUSABLE for having to wait that long. Oh, and the new ¼-​pounder isn’t worth $ 4 a sandwich. There are a half-​dozen faster, cheaper late-​night options within easy driving distance, so kiss my late-​night Quarter-​Pounder good-​bye.

I don’t usually say anything bad about a Delano business, but this is perhaps the saddest McDonald’s in the entire chain. It’s not uncommon to find every table in the Playplace covered in garbage. Tonight there was a cleaning rag left on one of the tables, indicating that someone started to clean it, sometime… or maybe they just decided to let customers clean their own tables. It really wasn’t clear.
The facility is nice. They’ve remodeled, repeatedly. (Dear store owner: That’s not the problem.) Unfortunately, they’ve added TV’s every time, which hasn’t really been an improvement.
If you want a burger, go to TJ’s. If you want fast food, go to Subway. If you gotta have McD’s, go over to the one Broadway or something.
