Hatman Jack’s Wichita Hat Works

I love hat shops. Hatman Jack’s is amazing. You’ll rarely find a shop with a better selection of quality hats. No big hit, I think Brim in Dayton is the best, but Hatman’s is truly a great hat shop — the staff are amazing and this isn’t necessarily the fanciest place. The selection is tipped toward men and it’ll be well worth your visit. If you can’t find a hat here, you can’t find a hat. What a great place.

Best hat place in the US. Love this place. The staff is very well informed and know there hats. When I come home here for Christmas we’ve made this an annual family outing.

Great people. Great selection. I picked up a Stetson Fedora and I was provided fantastic personal attention. They brought me to the back so I could see them shape the hat to my satisfaction. Highly recommend spending time at Jack’s!

Exceptional service. I have a large head and am not a very experienced hat wearer, but I needed a green fedora for an upcoming video project. After assessing my needs, Jack sprung into action with quickness and sensitivity, giving me the chance to try on a variety of hats.
Since I didn’t really even know how a fedora was supposed to fit, Jack could have very easily sold me a hat that didn’t fit quite right, and I wouldn’t have known the difference. He refused to settle on anything less than the perfect size (which he didn’t have many of because my head is apparently so large), but we found something that worked.
On top of all this, Wichita Hat Works is just a fun place to be inside of – well worth stopping in to even if you’re not in the market for a hat.
Wichita Hat Works represents hope for why Amazon, WalMart, and the like will never completely replace the need for small, specialized shops. I am VERY glad I didn’t try to do this online or through a less knowledgeable establishment, as it would most likely have resulted in a disaster. I was reminded again that good service and sales can be an art form.

This place is great! Unique to Wichita. In the heart of the Delano district.
I go here because I know that Hatman Jack will not let me leave without looking my very best.
