The room was very clean, the breakfast selections were good, and parking was free in the adjacent parking lot (which was one of the reasons we stayed here, because many of the other hotels downtown charge additional fees for parking).
Room service is provided by Larkspur, which is a favorite among Wichita locals. They also have a nice bar/lounge area and drink specials during the evening.
I would definitely stay here again.

My experience was what you would expect. Easy in and out process and clean room. Wichita apparently is having a fight with bed bugs and one person in our party of over 80 people did have to request a new room. The hotel was amazing in accommodating her and helping to ensure the clothing was all cleaned before she completed her stay. Clearly unavoidable in that industry but handled exceptionally well. Overall, very good experience and price was reasonable.

Our stay began with a hiccup, in that our room was not what we had reserved (and had confirmed via email) just a couple of hours earlier online, and a like room was not currently available. That said, the pair of night staff at the front desk were remarkably friendly and helpful. They apologized profusely for the problem, discounted our stay, and one of them offered to go make up a room for us on the spot — at 11pm. We ended up waiting 10 minutes longer, but were extremely satisfied with the outcome.
