Placed an order via online app which said order would arrive within 20 – 30 minutes. 65 minutes later the order arrives; sort of. Food was here, but none of the dipping sauces, which we paid for, showed up. Shame on me for disregarding the poor Unilocal reviews. I won’t make that mistake again. Tried to call the store, but they either won’t answer, but when the do put you on hold forever. Poor poor quality and customer service. Would give 0 star review if allowed.

I hate to say this because it’s very unusual that I complain. I used this Domino’s twice a month for 4 + years but after the last 2 orders they have SCREWED up so bad that I will never order from them again! First sending me pizza that tasted like cardboard and the next order they sent was actually so cold I could tell by touching the outside of the box. I don’t know what happen totem but they have gone down the toilet, No more chances for them! Good Bye Domino’s !

This domino’s has never got an order right for me, it doesn’t matter if I order online or over the phone. They are always 30 – 60 minutes behind on delivering pizzas too. Going in store isn’t any better. They are always yelling at each other, cussing, and texting. Super unprofessional.

The website says the bread bowl would be $ 6.99, and you can pick a sauce and 3 toppings. That is, only if you get the Alfredo sauce. If you choose the marinara, and choose 3 toppings, like I did, you will be charged $ 7.99 — FALSE ADVERTISING!
Next, the bead bowl pasta I ordered was made with the noodles and cheese baked in, and then after cooking, the toppings were strewn on top… cooked enough to be luke warm, and then lastly, the marinara sauce was sloppily potted on top of the toppings, and ended up sticking mostly to the top of the box it was delivered in.
I will NOT be ordering Dominos again!

Best Tasting Franchise Pizza in Wichita. I talked to a guy who delivers meats/​Toppings for Local pizza places (Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars and Domino’s) and he told me that Domino’s orders the best quality of toppings compared to Pizza Hut, etc… I Believe it. The pizza’s have a great taste and the meats are excellent.
