My review is specific to the «PARTS DIVISION» MR K.H. went above and beyond the call of duty and should be recognized for his service! Went in looking for a piece to my Wife’s Government Motors vehicle that another dealer broke off when she had it serviced last and «forgot» to tell her. He not only was up front and honest the part was part of an assembly costing $ 150 but let me know «we could locate this part off another application and obtain the part number a lot cheaper». He wrote the part number down, sent me to a dealer that had it in stock based off part number not the entire assembly. It cost me $ 9, and I installed it in the parking lot.

My car was making funny noises when the AC was on. Stopped by the dealership and the service manager came out and looked at my car. He explained in detail what was likely happening. I called several repair shops to compare quotes and they were all around the same price. The repairs were completed when they said they would be. Great communication.

Great service at Davis-​Moore Chevrolet in Wichita, Kansas today. Service Advisor Kimberly Gorton was courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt. Service Tech Wendell was awesome at checking my wife’s Escalade from end to end. Wendell did a very thorough job of servicing my wife’s vehicle. This is the 3rd vehicle I brought in for servicing with Davis-​Moore Chevrolet this week. I trust them to handle the service on all 3 of my vehicles and they have never let me down.

My review is strictly for the parts counter. I have not purchased any vehicles here. The parts staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and get me in and out painlessly. That’s what I want.
