If you drive down Kellogg tonight and see a cone wrapper with a mostly intact dipped cone in the road, that was me. The ice cream was so warm that it was pretty much a SHAKE. I went to take a bite and because of the consistency, the entire ice cream part ended up on my shirt. So yes, I threw it and the paper out the window, and continued driving home with both hands covered in ice cream. I made a comment to the person working how messy it looked before she handed it out the window, but she made no response back. I’ve worked at a few Dairy Queens before… we would NEVER have been allowed to hand out what we were given tonight. :(I’ll not be going back. If they can’t get a dipped cone right, I’m afraid to think what else they can get wrong.

The staff was really nice, however I order a blizzard and it was very soupy. I was not impress. Recommend going to another location after reading the reviews this has happen multiple times.

Pretty negative experience… 1. We ordered two Blizzards and neither was served«upside down» as they advertise(to ensure fast service) on the drive through menu. 2. Mine was clearly melted(and being I was already turned off by the bad attitude of the girl at the window) I handed it back. She was rude and essentially grabbed it from us. No apology. 3. When they did remake it, it was the wrong flavor.

To start out with, very dumpy looking. Very slow service. Waited in line in the drive through for over 20 minutes. It seemed like there was only one person there(which is ridiculous because it was 5:30PM on a Tuesday) and when we did FINALLY get our food, we received no apologie about how long we waited, no have a good night, nothing. Our food was totally fine but the customer service and wait time we experienced were very disappointing. We will not be returning.

Very poor service! Taking one order at a time in drive thru then making us pull forward after we had already been in line 15 minutes waiting to order! The girl that took my order had to fix it three times because she wasn’t paying attention to what I was saying she ended up just handing me the paper to look at to see if it was right… Like seriously it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to get it right and do it in a timely manor I’ve worked in food for years and knew better than to do what she had done! Never going again for food! Took over ten minutes to get after we parked!

My burger didn’t have everything that was supposed to be on it. They handed us the ice creams in the drive thru before our food was ready and we had to wait and watch it melt in the 90 degree weather. The fried chicken sandwich was as hard as a rock. My fries were as small as my children’s kids fries. Won’t be back.

Dumpy looking. Customer service was very lacking. The aiir conditioner didn’t work and it was July so my ice cream cone started melting as soon as she handed it to me. There are better DQ’s in the city which are cleaner and more friendly. Won’t be back.

Went to DQ after realizing that I had not been since High School(15 years). We went to the West Central location in Wichita, KS, and our experience was not that great. We walked into the store and immediately realized that it has not been well maintained. Dirty tables and floors as well. We got to the counter and the Hispanic lady at the counter was less than pleasant. No «Hi», no «How can I help you», just a blank stare. When I began to order, she looked at me like an alien. I had to ask several times if she knew what I was talking about(referring to Blizzard ingredients) as they were not spelled out really well on the menu and I was not sure what there was to choose from. Overall she was really«smug» and short. Didn’t get the impression that she wanted to be there, our wanted us there. Our Blizzards were ok, but not something that we can’t get elsewhere with way better service. Looks like it may be another 15 years before we are back again.
