Went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Waited a few minutes for an employee to see if they could unlock the knife case. After a quick lap I found and asked an employee if they could do just that. However I was responded with an attitude about how she was helping someone else but she would be with me right after(the attitude in her response was my problem). Unfortunately that didn’t happen as she soon helped a second different person and walked away to the back and didn’t return. Guess I’ll do myself a favor and save $ 39 plus tax buy purchasing my Shun knife on Amazon. Place wasn’t even close to being busy either.

I like this store because it was my first Bed Bath & Beyond but I really do wish they had the beauty section that others have. The clutter is the only thing at this location that I really don’t like but I think that is something that most locations suffer from.

I was thoroughly impressed with the high level of customer service offered by the manager, and one particular employee. I purchased 84″ long curtains and when hung I found that they varied in length. I had 83″, 85″, &86″. I returned to the store to exchange two panels took them home and found that they too were different lengths. I again returned to the store and they were very helpful, removing panels from packaging and allowing me to measure them until I found three that were all the same. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the store manager, and associate taking the time to help me find the perfect window coverings. Highly recommended!
