Worst service I have ever seen in my life. I had an in store pick up and there were all just chatting when I got there because there were no customers but I still had to wait and then they didn’t even give me the phone!(phone that I have already paid with online!!!)

It’s a wonder this store even has one star! So horrible you wait and wait and wait then they can’t help solve the problem EVER! I have been to this store on three occasions in the last month and have gotten nowhere! I am dropping any and all att services they are a total rip off and expensive! It’s ridiculous. Should be NO stars!

I am in town from California with my daughter. We Unilocaled this store, entered the store and the clerk had us place our name on the waiting list, an approximately 15 minute wait. 20 plus minutes go by and a lady helps Jerry No. 6 on the list. When my daughter questioned the clerk, the clerk told her the store manager came out to help Jerry. If she could help Jerry she could have helped me No. 3. Maybe it was the black and the black hat. I guess my $ 500.00 purchase of a IPhone 6 Plus just isn’t enough. I’m just saying«No Worries». We politely walked out, just as subtle as she helped Jerry, I can spend my money were it is appreciated. I have been a faithful customer of AT&T for six plus years, maybe it’s time for a change.
