I called A Good Plumber because my toilet was running. They came within an hour and Dustin was my technician. He was very professional and quick! He made sure to explain me in a concise yet thorough way and I definitely appreciated that. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

The plumber assigned to replace our Hot Water Heater has over 20 years experience and was the FIRST plumber to seem to understand why we have blown through 4 Heaters in the past 12 years. He and his assistant installed our 5th Heater in no time at all and was very neat and professional. He is also the FIRST plumber to notify us that we needed to have the City of Derby inspect the installation and scheduled the inspection for us. I’ll definitely call A Good Plumber next time I need anything plumbing related!

Came home last night and didn’t have water in the house. Believed the well submersible pump was bad. Called «A Good Plumber’ from the yellow pages because that’s what I needed! LIL
An hour later He called and said he was on the way. We found out that my pump line had come loose and was hanging in the well. This was a good thing and I didn’t have to replace the pump just the piping and wiring. Instead of $ 1200 bill it ended only being $ 419 for which was a good thing.
He also measured my well and gave me all the info if and when I do need to replace the pump. I was very happy with the quick service and the professional serviced Dale delivered with his 30 years of experience.
