Been waiting for 20 minutes to pick up a charger from apple and still currently waiting in line. They asked us to go to a different line if we are shipping anything(which I was not) When it was finally my turn, I was told I needed to go to said line which meant I had more people in front of me that had moved there when the guy asked earlier for outgoing shipments so I’m having to wait yet again for a simple pick up. They have no sense of urgency or coordination here.

What sorry customer service for you to call and ask about printing services and be directed to online services. Then when you use the online services it gives you a pick up date/time. You show up to the store and they tell you«that’s just an estimated date.» Well maybe you should consider informing your employees to let people know. And I’m sure it’s possible to have your online messages state that this is ESTIMATED and not exact. If I didn’t need the material for a course, I wouldn’t give this location a dime!

The store wasn’t crowded and it was nice just to make copies, pay with my credit card and go.

I know how frustrating it can be to serve difficult customers… But to rant in earshot of all your remaining customers is incredibly rude and unprofessional! Not to mention my husband and I were faxing in the corner of the store when the 2 young ladies at the counter proceeded to complain about how much they hate thier job! If you hate them so much please quit and give them to any of the thousands of people that do not have one right now!
