When my heater failed on the coldest day of the year thus far (–10 wind chill), this company not only called me within hours to schedule an appointment (I was using Old Republic Home Warranty — a must have, btw) but offered to immediately come and fix the problem even though it was almost 7pm, and I was also told no after hours few would result. The technician who helped me, Dan, was friendly, courteous, and professional. As a woman living alone while my husband is stationed elsewhere, I felt very safe with this man in my home. At 8 weeks pregnant, I could not bear a frigid night and this company saved the day. Well done!
