Updated review, we came back for another visit. We were told that a lot of the previous staff from 2 months earlier was let go and for the most part there is all new staff. When we checked in we asked for the manager who had dealt with our reservation over the phone the day before. The girl at the desk said there was no longer a manager… so weird having such a large facility with no manager at all. Since then I have spoken with them several times about the cable connection, and no one has come to look at it. Internet connection is very unreliable and every time we speak to someone about an issue, internet or whatever we get totally conflicting answers from different people, they have no idea what’s going on. The ladies at the front desk aren’t especially nice and it all seems so unorganized in such a short period of time. Our work had sent us a very important letter in the mail and someone at the front desk wouldn’t accept it saying we no longer lived here. Very interesting how quickly a business can go south.

Brought my kids out to Yogi Bear Jelleystone Park. They have had a great time swimming, playing miniature golf, and on the splash pad. Can recommend this location for a day trip or party.

It Gets Worse. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the«resort». Every time the service gets worse and the level of quality drops. This may be acceptable for those renting RV pads… However, people that rent the cabins in a promoted resort environment(at a premium) require more. My most recent stay included challenges with pests, ongoing power outages and no soap or other hygiene items provided. The TVs are a joke… unless you like to watch on a small screen and pretend you are watching through a snow blizzard… Last year I made reservations a year in advance and I was later notified that«there was a double booking» and I would have to «consider other options»…which ended up costing me considerable more. In order to accommodate the additional beds needed as a result of the changed rooms, I was promised that there would be beds moved in that would be of great quality. What was delivered(after a follow-up notice) were fold-up beds that were a foot off the ground and very unstable. They collapsed on two of the men staying in our group. In addition to the considerable noise(continuous cars driving by the cabins and the loud nearby train traffic) lack of electricity and other functional concerns, it was not worth the price and a very unpleasant stay overall. Other reviews of this property seem to be related to the campgrounds… maybe okay… However, the cabins are a totally different price point and don’t provide the quality or value expected or level of service promoted.
