They have always been kind to me and I always find good rare item here that I couldn’t find anywhere else.

The representative was a persnickety jerk in emails after I just asked a question about where to find a restoration place for an old toy. I pictured the snobby comic book guy from the Simpsons on the other end. He wanted to know what kind of toy it was, and I said it was a toy metal gun. He kept asking more questions, what kind of metal, brand etc. I said, ‘would you just give me the number of a toy repair place and I’ll take it from there.’ He said he just HAD to know in order to know where to direct me, but I suspected he just wanted to know for his own interest. I sent him a picture of the toy gun, and the dork suddenly got weird and insulting for no discernible reason, ranting that the picture didnt tell him anything(?). He tried to end the correspondence with a cliché ‘Good day, sir’ as if I were wasting his valuable time. Its funny when people think a conversation is over just because they dont want to communicate. I let him know what I thought. He should have simply answered my question.
