From a students point of view: Master Kim is a very motivating, energetic, and overall just a great master. He is very easy to talk to and work with. Being in Tae Kwon Do for so long, it was getting boring and I was thinking about quitting. But once Master Kim has become my master, Tae Kwon Do became not only fun again, but made it more exciting to learn. Whoever wants to try Tae Kwon Do should go to the best.

I have personally trained with Master Kim for years. There are not enough wonderful adjectives to describe how good he is with the kids (he trained my son as well), teenagers, and adults. Whittier is very, very fortunate to have him. If you are thinking about putting your child in martial arts, he is the very best.

Master Kim has years of experience wih teaching tae kwon do. The biggest rewards are discipline, respect, and conditioning of the body. His plans are very affordable and the gym is a great place to work out.
