Sorry not sorry, a sucky band is one thing but POOR table service is a definite deal breaker for me! I have been here more than a couple of times but have NEVER seen such an empty house at only 12:30 pm! So don’t tell me it was because they were busy that I had to get my own drink a couple of times and ask to close out my tab. I expect, and have gotten better from you Steve’s BBQ!!!

BBQ, music and beers. Good time.
Chicken BTL is a generous portion.
Beef brisket sandwich made the Hubby happy.
Good vibe in the restaurant.
It is a bit loud with the band, but they rock and add to the atmosphere.

This place is ridiculous! They are so starved for money they count how many drinks you are having. Went there a couple of years ago with 5 other people. We all ordered a drink and at first sip they asked us to move because we had not ordered a 2^nd. Give me a few minutes to drink this cheap ass drink lady! I returned recently. Same thing. Customer service is a foreign concept there!

Out for an evening of food and good music on a Saturday night — expecting most places to be empty since it was a holiday weekend. This place was PACKED by 10pm!
The draw in my opinion was the band.
Mainstream is a very high energy band that plays a great variety of R&B and top 40 hits.
The singers are on point and the band is tight. They had a small horn section performing with them that night and it was awesome.
The servers are great but the drinks are a little pricey. Overall a fantastic night out.
We will definately be back especially when this band plays!

The food is whatever but the music is great. I highly recommend watching The Midnight Cats. They sound great and play a huge variety of music.

Let’s get our expectations straight: Are you coming here to eat the food, or are going going out for a night of entertainment/​drinking?
If your more of the latter, then Steve’s BBQ is a big win. Wait staff was very attentive, friendly, and professional. They took our orders accurately and kept up with the changes as more people showed up. I ordered a full-​on meal and our waiter profusely apologized for the long Wait, but it wasn’t bad. They comped me an extra side which I appreciated.
The onslaught of Food that was thrown down out pie holes:
Meat topped nachos: not bad, but the chips tasted like those hippie mixed nut, low fat types.
Fried cheese: frozen fast food, nothing objectionable
Wing: spot on! Not dried out and had good flavor, but I was balking at the $ 11.
Spare Rib Meal (whole rack): Everyone was crazy surprised at the butt-​load of food! They cooked the whole rack, untrimmed right from the packing so you get all the small bones, the flap meat, everything. The pain is it Makes for messy eating. Included was garlic toast, (2) LARGE sides. This was food for 3 – 4 people or 2 very motivated eaters. What a deal for $ 31!
The live music and Friday night crown made the trip enjoyable. Keep in mind this a bar that serves food and enjoy yourselves!

The service needs improvement, they screwed up my bill and it took a long time to get a drink and to pay my bill. There were only 3 other tables, it’snot like the place was busy

The food is consistently great and service is awesome!

OMG don’t forget to try some yummy cocktails like the Hibiscus Margarita or the Mexican Lollipop!

I love this place. Im never disappointed. The margaritas are my go to with the tajin rim, so yum!

I’ve been here before but never to eat, today was my first time doing happy hour. Their happy hour isn’t the best just 2.00 off apps and drinks. The app selection is small. Hubby and I had their pork sliders and their tacos both were okay nothing great about them, to drink he had a prohibition and I had a Mexican Candy which I totally loved. Overall experience was good waitress was nice, the place was pretty empty maybe because it was Wednesday.

Yikes… what happened?
I just hope that whatever is going on in the kitchen can be fixed. We ordered our usual plate but this time our plates were very different.
Food arrived very late and one was cold!
Sauce was missing from the place.
Pork was mostly fat.
One tortilla was used on tacos instead of two.
The server was a sweetie and did waive our bill to make up for the problem. I sure hope they fix the kitchen because this is a terrific place for a Sunday afternoon blues jam.

This is a pretty good spot to go and chill, when I went the band was very good and chill. Had a good time and the dress code is lax. Will be returning there again.

Good food live music couldn’t be better. Love the environment. Dance floor a bit small but the food makes it up

First time here and probably be the last.
My roommate and I sat down at the bar and were looking forward to some good drinks and BBQ food.
We ordered thr Moscow Mules which tasted pretty good. The waitress handed us menus and we placed our orders. A short time after the same waitress returned with a different menu and pointed to a higher priced item and asked me if this is what I ordered. I saw her write down my order and for her to come back to ask if this is what I ordered was incredibly bizzard. She then proceeded to tell me that what I ordered which was the tri tip listed at 14 dollars is no longer the same price because it was on an old menu. I explained to her I ordered off the menu that she gave me and she should honor the price. She said no. That is the price now.
Needless to say, I thought it was incredibly tacky that they handed us a menu with one price and attempted to charge a different. I think this establishment is incredibly dishonest and we decided not to even order anything and grabbed the bill and left. We will definitely not be returning.

Raw chicken wings, BAD management and got over charge for drinks. Do Not recommend!
Music was good and that is the only reason why I am giving One Star to this place.

Their food is great. I usually get the brisket or tri tip sandwich, the shrimp tacos are bomb too.
Service is good too.
They have live bands every weekend at night, its good to go hang out with friends have drinks, and they have a little dance area at the front of the band. It can get pretty loud in there with the live bands where you cant really have a conversation. But it is fun nonetheless.
Other than that if you come during the day it will be quiet, then you can have your serious conversations.
One more thing, they are strict with dress code at night. My friend had a tshirt with no sleeves and sandals (we had just come from the park) and they wouldn’t let him in.

Well the entertainment at night is good, however I had the crab legs and the legs were soft having been soaked for quite a while. It was a chore getting to the meat. The service was ok, but took a bit long. They got my order wrong on a whiskey and club. I asked for it neat and it came on the rocks in a tall glass. They exchanged it but tasted like they strained the drink into a small glass. Very watered down
The entertainment was good both times I was here, they could definitely notch up the service both the bar and with food services. Steve’s has potential beyond a beer and late night music locale.
