Special T Water Systems

I purchased a complete home water softening system, including a reverse osmosis system for drinking water made by Kinetico. Unfortunately, they provide terrible service and even though I purchased a Kinetico system, they installed a cheap knock off faucet, which they eventually replaced with a genuine Kinetico after I took notice. They don’t follow the installation procedures from the Manufacture and initially did not install air gaps, which is a health hazard and code violation. Again, not after I took notice did they fix it. Even though the instructions indicate to chlorinate plumbing lines and sanitize the water softener they failed to do so and refused to resolve the issue. This company caters to the rich or larger clients like restaurants or company’s. As a residential home owner I would not use this company. The manufacture is of no help either, since they back up their distributer who sells to larger clients.
