The prices were reasonable. The salesgirl was extremely considerate and offered honest suggestions. She ensured that my shoes were comfortable and fit correctly.
However, she was a HOT Asian salesgirl. She was great… you need check it out yourself with your own eyes.

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! I’ve worked retail for a while I know what is expected from employees and how customers should be treated. I believe someone needs to refresh shoe city’s employees all about customer service. ((Wasn’t even knowledge until I was handing over my Credit card)) Sorry Shoe City but NEVER coming back

Man if I could give this place zero stars I would! The review isn’t for the store. Shoes and prices were what I expected.
The employees were so unprofessional and very rude. I went with my daughter and grandson looking for some casual, everyday shoes. When I first walked in all three employees were talking to each other and didn’t even greet us. Two of the girls were giving us dirty looks and when I asked for a certain size the employee got it and rudely gave them to me. When I went up to pay the manager rang me up and gave me my shoes. He didn’t ask once if I found everything ok, or to have a good night. I will never in my life recommend this location.

The prices are reasonable. I enjoy the variety of Sandals they offer. They don’t have a huge variety of shoes. I like to check it out anyways just to see what’s in stock. If «Chucks» are what you’re looking for? Then you’re in luck at Shoecity!

I Love This Store Simply Because If I Want A Specific Brand Of Shoes I Can Just Call Them, &&; Or Stop By They Will Assist Me No Questions Asked. No Rudeness/​Sassy Remarks… They Get The Job Done &&; They Can Answer 75% Of My Questions About Shoes… Not Many Stores Can Do This &&; Be Successful Too At Gettin’ Me To Buy Shoes… I Like That They Have Nicee Lookin’ Shoes For Men… But I Hate However The Fact That In Order For Me To Buy Myself Shoes I Have To Go To Another Store Or Buy Guy Shoes… It’s Frustrating Becausee Sometimes I Find Some Really Cute Ass Shoes… But They Don’t Fit Me…
I Also Love The Older Gentleman, He’s Maybe In His Late 80s-​90s. He Does His Job Waaaay More Efficiently &&; Willingly Than The Other Employees.. He Doesn’t Hesitate To Ask You If You Need Help, He Doesn’t Sigh Nor Rush You While You’re Trying To Decide Which Shoes. &&; Some Of The Other Workers Even Offer To Tell You Which Shoes Look Good On You And Which Doesn’t.. Many Get Offended By Things Like This But I Don’t, It’s Very Helpful.. Anyways Thank You Shoe City For Clean Parking Lot, Safe Environment, Friendly Service, &&; Being Able To Satisfy Me.(:

Good shoes and good prices. Every time I go to this place there’s a nice old man that always greets and asks if you need help with anything. He wasn’t there the last time I went but the employees are ok. Bought some sketcher work shoes here ten dollars less expensive than at the sketchers outlet. Not a bad place.

There’s a gentlemen that works here that is 91 years old and he is super sweet!

This place is clean with a huge selection of adult shoes but the children’s selection was not so great. I would recommend this spot if you need men or women’s shoes. As for me, my search for the right kid shoes must go on…
