Went there a couple of days ago. Bought a bag of candies. It was the wrong kind. So I went back on 10/21/2015 to return them. There were two workers there Steven and an old hag wearing glasses and bright red lipstick. The old hag was helping two other customers. I asked Steven to help us with the return. He was glad to assist me, in fact he remembered me from before when I bought the candies two days ago. As he was doing the register transaction I handed him the sealed product along with my receipt. The old hag yelled, «did you do the paper work» Steven politely replied, «yes». The old hag left her costumers, and came to tell Steven that he couldn’t give me the refund. She then stated that I could only exchange product for product. I pointed out the policy sign posted at register and read it back to her word per word. She still insisted only store exchange and that policy posted was different now. Steven told me not to worry, that he would give me the refund because the sign did not read what the old hag said it did. She quickly left towards the back yelling that she was going to call someone. Steven continued with his professional customer service and gave me the refund. If Steven would had been there alone, I would had given this place a high rating. But this old Bitch ruined the perfect service.

It’s Easter week. Get your act together! Get there at 10:00 and it’s really crowded as expected. Squeeze thru crowd to gather items and get in line to pay. Only one register because one is not working at all. The dude is adding by hand on paper. I get helped but he tells me they can’t take my coupon because he has no way to scan it. So I assume the other register can do it, but no the whole system is. having a problem. No suggestions of wtf I’m supposed to do. As I start to walk out they offer me $ 5 in merchandise,. I’m already buying 35 bucks worth, so why can’t they just give me $ 5 of what I’m already buying free? Coupon required $ 25 purchase. No offer of when system would be fixed. They don’t care if people walk out or ever come back.

This has to be by far one of the worst See’s candies stores I have been to recently. I am an avid buyer and you will often see me here twice a month buy two pounds of chocolate. As we entered the store, the young man gave us our samples asked what we wanted, I told him a pound box and then said, «I’m about to clock out so I can’t help you .» That was definitely very rude he walked away toward the back and we well waiting for someone to come help us. Then Margie F. Came over to assist us and she had a very bad attitude. I asked her to tell me the difference between two candies and she was annoyed by my question. I also asked her to tell me how much more I could fit in my box and she said, «you’ll know when I tell you.» This is no way to treat your customers. She would roll her eyes when I asked her to taste the Milk Bordeaux!!! I ended up taking half the box of milk Bordeaux. I seemed to annoy her, another customer came in and said to me «anything else because I have other customer.» She was so rude!!!

This See’s Candy Store is clean and the staff are very friendly. They give you free samples and if you ask for a specific one they will definitely let you try it. They always remind you of new promotions and items coming out. I love this store.

See’s and I go way back together. Like Billy Paul and Mrs. Jones ‘We got a thing going on’. She’s always been there for me! I’ve always thought of myself as kind, handsome, sharing, handsome, generous and handsome. But, if I have See’s chocolate butterscotch squares around, you can throw kind, sharing and generous out the window! The butterscotch squares center has a firm brown sugar buttery taste, covered with milk chocolate. Slowly dissolves in your mouth with a creamy meltdown. With the holidays arriving soon. The boxes of See’s candies will make a pleasant appearance in our home. You can bet I will pull out the butterscotch squares before anyone takes notice! Just like the Grinch!
