I really appreciate how hard the Ross associates work here. I’ve been working here for the pass few weeks seasonal, ands it crazy busy. The associates try their hardest to keep this store clean and restocked.

This store is always a mess. Today was especially bad… I walked down a few isles a then decided to leave instead of shopping there. The whole store was a disaster! Who wants to buy anything from store that can’t take care of it!

Norwalk, CA
This is one of the better Ross’s in the area. I’ve been to the one in Downey (Downey Landing) and I prefer this location. The store is much more organized and things are easier to find. Yes, it’s a treasure hunt but if you enjoy shopping, as I do, you will LOVE it!
I was able to score some really, really good deals without having to spend my entire day there. I do wish they had a better shoe & lingerie selection, but that doesn’t take away from the overall awesomeness of this store. Their dress selection is very impressive. I saw at least 10 pieces that I wanted. I settled on one because my wallet instructed me to do so.
The staff are very courteous and efficient and do whatever they can to take care of you. I appreciate that at a store as chaotic as Ross. It makes a huge difference.
Overall, I am impressed with this location. I will definitely return.

yeah, i made myself sound cooler than i am… i am aware of that.
— something to keep in mind about this location is that; though it has a pretty good selection of men’s clothing, it does NOT have any shoes for men.
big let down.
other than that, this is a great location.

This place has everything!
I got STAR TREK CUPS and SHOTGLASSES here! STAR TREK! I never see Star Trek stuff at a ROSS! Of course I bought them!!!
I found a 8×10 rug that looked perfect for our house. It went for $ 89.99 which is a good price — but I didn’t buy it because my fiancé wanted to look at other places but I did the research online and you cannot find a better deal than that! I’m planning to go back and get it if it’s still there!!!
There was just MORE stuff to get. I already got a crock pot but there were crockpots there for $ 30! A lot of the stuff I was looking for online was cheaper here!
I definitely recommend this ROSS. It really seemed to have everything! I got a snuggie for my friend for $ 5!!! WHAAAAA
I’m going back to this one! It seemed to have a lot more than the others I’ve been to!

I came in to look for luggage. Nine of the suitcases had size tags on them. Do they know how strict airlines are about sizes? I didn’t buy anything for that sole reason.
They lack in customer service! I asked this guy to help me find the measurement tags for the luggage and he said, «oh I don’t know». Yeah ok I’m really going to come back and be a customer.

this ross is cleaner and more organized that other ones.
but the customers LACK SHOPPING ETIQUETTE. people push their carts fast into the aisles without looking. i almost got hit a couple times if i wasn’t paying attention.
customers are ghetto. i have never said that before but it was appalling how low class they were.

Depends on which location you visit, because LaVerne Ross has pretty nice home décor and clothing… other locations I’ve been to didn’t have anything that caught my eye. You sill usually find something here at a lower price for some reason like damaged box, missing part, etc or sometimes nothing is wrong with what you buy, maybe it was a slow seller. Keep coming back for those hidden deals.
