Bought my hubby new work boots and work gloves. Briana provided superb customer service. Thank you so much. My husband loved his gifts. New lifetime customer.

Shoes are fine but the customer service was subpar. We were not greeting when we came into the store. When my husband asked the associate which shoes would be the most comfortable, she replied that they are all different… Okay, we realize they are all different, hence, his question. We bought a pair of boots and socks and she didn’t thank us for our purchase or offer any sort of salutation.

Management, please keep an eye out for your employees! They aren’t taking care of your customers. Aside from the bad attitude & unprofessionalism, they ARE NOT STANDING BEHIND THE RED WING BRAND. I took some boots in for treatment, and they were magically ready almost immediately. All Briana did was change the shoe laces! And she smirked as I told her they look the same. This is not ok. I will not be returning here at all.

I work for a living. My job on the railroad requires specific safety shoes including steel toed. Red Wing is an approved supplier and this location is the best Red Wing store whether you run trains or just want comfortable, supportive and protective footwear. Ever heard of a work boot store open on Sundays? These guys are and the service is very friendly. Inventory selection is full line and I have no problem getting my size 13 EE boots on demand. They provide both free laces for life and a silicone waterproofing treatment when the rainy season shows up. My feet are my living and when walking all day on big-​assed rocks (railroad ballast) I recommend this store highly. BTW — plenty of free parking in the strip mall parking lot.
