Has all five stars but for some reason every time I come I takes 40+ mins or more for me to be seen. I hate it & don’t understand it. If I have an appointment I shouldn’t be waiting that long. This is just bs

I have left six, yes six messages on six different, consecutive days for my doctor and they were urgent and marked as such. The last time I called(yesterday) I spoke with a receptionist named Stephanie, who promised I would get a call back. I have been told each time that I would receive a call back! What mediocrity and lack of empathy for the patients! Maybe it is the location and people just settle for this thinking that this is the way it is everywhere! I have STILL not received a response. There are typically 11 callers in front of you(hire more staff– simple supply and demand) when you call, and do not expect to receive a response. I am now living in Orange County(thank goodness) and will be looking for a new doctor here. Bright Health Physicians staff– I hope you never have to deal with the service when you are sick or even have a prescription change request that you have given to me. Put yourself in your patients shoes. I saw Angel Delgadillo who seems like a good PAC, but please practice what you preach(no nonsense), and get back to your patients!!!

This place used to be Bright Medical and is now called PIH Health. There are several doctors that practice general medicine here and I’ve been to almost all of them. They are all great. I have recommended this facility to many people over the years and everyone is pleased with their services. This office is affiliated with PIH Hospital(formerly known as Whittier Presbyterian or to us locals, as Whittier Pres.) and they are also great with their patients(delivered my son there… good hospital food).
