Visited this pawn shop recently with my sister because she wanted to get a loan. I came along to see what kind of stuff they had. As soon as we enter, we were greeted by employee Robert. Throughout the transaction, he was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. Instead of giving us the run around, he never hesitate and to let us know if he needed to follow up on questions we had. Even though I didn’t buy anything, the customer service was excellent

This place is a scam do not go here, there pawn papers are complete fraud, There license is fake they are crooks, I AM filing a lawsuit as we speak. They take advantage of minority’s, I’ve been in Whittier all my life and have never dealt with complete crap like this please stay away. Very Ghetto

Recently visited PawnZone to see what they could offered me in terms of getting a loan. I was new to this process and I can definitely say that I will be a repeat customer. The person that help me, Robert (who I think is the manger) was very helpful and patient with me. He was professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. He was able to offered me close to what I wanted and I left a happy customer!
