Terrible customer service. They gave our order to another customer and told us we’d have to wait a half hour for another one. No apologies for their mistake… in fact, the rep looked at us like she didn’t know why we were upset. This was a carry out order so when we asked them to deliver it to the house minus the delivery fee(literally around the corner) she rolled her eyes. Just go to dominos people. This place is ridiculous.

Time for an updated review. My fiancé placed a phone order and they got it right. This time there were no missing ingredients. My half of the pizza was plain pepperoni. My fiancé’s half was triple bacon. The entire pizza turned out good like it should.

I ordered 2 pizzas from this location around 5:00pm. The order confirmation said 30 to 40 minutes, and when I called at 6:15pm they told me the«system went down» and it would still be 20 to 30 minutes. I wish they could have called me to let me know about the delay so I could have fed the kids something else. The pizza finally arrived just before 7, almost 2 hours after I ordered it. The pizzas were not hot and seemed like they had been sitting for awhile. This is the second time in 3 orders that I have had a problem like this from this location. A so-so pizza and terrible customer service earn this a solid 1 star. I will not be a customer here again.

Classic pepperoni and the works. Pizza was made pretty fast and the employee was really nice. Honestly better than the other«fast food» pizza joints

The loneliest, smelliest, hottest pizza spot ever. No wonder the associates look like they want to kill themselves. I think the owner should update this location asap… They also don’t give the option of white sauce unless you order spinach Alfredo. Only thing going for them is when they have specials. Other than that, I see this place gone soon.

I am one of those people… I don’t eat at places ranked below A… And thankfully, they have an A again :) Definitely check coupons online before ordering. While the coupons and deals can be good, there are much better places to get pizza from in Whittier. It’s okay, but nothing really great. Check out Brickhouse, Marco Pollo(greasy but yummy) — or even Joe Peeps… Ordered buffalo chicken(terrible, weak — no buffalo sauce whatsoever). Bbq chicken bacon was okay, but not really anything to write home about.

HORRIBLE. One of there delivery boys who is actually a grown man acting like he is 16 decided to speed up to not let me merge when the lane was ending. Then darts into another lane after cutting me off. After a few minutes I finally catch up, he won’t look at me and when he finally does he flips me off when, truthfully I was just looking at him to figure out what he was doing. I then try calling Papa Johns to complain and realize he turns into the parking lot. I follow to complain. Long story short, I never went back to speak to the manager but because of this I will NEVER eat there. As I walked out he started cussing at me like I had done something wrong and speaking to a woman the way he did is just wrong. At least I know I will have a much better job at his age!

I am so shocked by the lack of service I received from the GENERALMANAGER: Diana Lopez &ASSISTANTMANAGER: Juan Reyna at the 13553 Whittier Blvd WHITTIER, CA90605 Papa John’s location. On a previous visit a free pizza coupon was given to me by the assistant manager Juan Reyna due to a screw up HE made on my pizza. When I called on 5÷17÷11 to redeem the coupon I spoke to Diana Lopez the general manager. She did not want to redeem the free coupon and basically called me a liar stating my name and number did not show up in the computer system. I found this VERY hard to believe considering I have ordered pizza’s numerous times from the 13553 Whittier Blvd WHITTIER, CA location. She was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked who I could speak to, to file a complaint Diana Lopez told me she WILLNOT give me the number to HER supervisor. When is «Customer Service» last!!.

PIZZA: I love pizza, but this place rates only average at the best. The pizzas were on the dry side(needing more sauce) and not very good tasting. DON’T GO. Also, I had a bad pizza, wrote the central office, got a call from this local Papa John’s to come in and get a free pizza, when I got there they said they don’t remember offering a free pizza to me(So, offer one free pizza to us, then say they don’t remember — my last time there). SERVICE: The persons behind the counter are average also — they get your stuff, but there is not much in «polite» to to them. PARKING: They have their own lot. DELIVERY: They only deliver to a certain local area(understandable).

My uncontrollable laughter ensued the second we rolled into the parking lot to pick up our pizza… at just about the same time the wife’s jaw dropped, she gasped in horror and seriously considered NOT eating the pie we just paid for. All because of a silly little letter grade issued by the LA county department of health… so they got a big red C… so what?! 74%is still passing right?! Anyways…we got the medium Spinach Alfredo Chicken Tomato pizza for $ 15 and it smelled really damn good on the ride home… the wife concurs… but is still skeptical… We get home and my better half frantically searches the interweb as to the specifics leading to the aforementioned«C» … In the meanwhile I happily drink my brew and dig in… The pizza, in all actuality is «A rich and creamy blend of spinach and garlic Parmesan Alfredo sauce topped with a delicious combination of grilled all-white chicken and fresh-sliced Roma tomatoes.» I was VERY impressed and eventually so was the wife! An excellent alternative to your run of the mill pepperoni! REALLYGOOD! Kids, the moral of the story is don’t judge a book by it’s cover… and as the saying goes… whatever doesn’t kill you will only make you stronger right? So, roll the dice, take a big bite and enjoy… besides…I’ve eaten at my fair share of «grade A» McDonalds and had more than a couple of near death experiences on the toilet…
