The people at this place are amazing! So caring & helpful. Everyone was very personable & knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend this place.

After visiting for my first time this center several weeks ago I started having excess itching and fluid drainage from both my eyes. I was departing the US for vacation on Friday and called in Wednesday for an appointment. I was fortunate because the receptionist got me in the next day.
The female associate ran various test and even applied a dye to both eyes before the Ophthalmologist examined me. He discovered lots of mucous discharge and prescribed a antibiotic eyedrop and additional eye drops for dryness since I disclosed on was departing for vacation and would be on a plane for 12 hours.
Overall I was pleased with this office service, staff and result of my visit. In addition to the treatment, diagnosis of issues and surgery of the eyes, they also have a retail eyeglass department on site where clients can purchase eye frames and contacts.

I’ve come here twice over the years for eye injuries and both times they’ve gotten me in right away, taken care of the problem and not screwed me on the price. Its an old school kind of office, but in a good way. Doctors seem highly knowledgeable and staff is friendly. Parking is easy and hours are decent although they are closed on weekends.
Today I saw Dr Mintz and really liked him. Personable guy and took care of the problem without selling me unneeded services or products. I paid cash for the service so can’t comment on insurance related things.
Although I hope I don’t have to come back, if I do injure my eye again, this is the eye center that I’m going to.

I’ve been going here for 12 years, and I have zero complaints. I like the doctor. His daughter is my age so he is always easy going and easy to chat with. I love the girls who do my glasses. One helped me for over an hour with sunglasses. Love them.

Whatever happened to customer service?! I’ve been a patient here for a couple of years. They were always a bit careless when it came to my billing. The office manager lacks any decent customer service skills and is completely unwilling to help. She had a snobby attitude when it came to my account. The girls at the front desk were pleasant, but Marshburn Eye Center just lost three patients because of the office manager’s unwillingness to practice any customer service skills.
