LYON!!! Oh WOW! This is the 3^rd name change! Look up West Point Apt and ARBOR RIDGE APT! Don’t let one good review fool you. This place is not worth the money you’re gonna spend. For one the Manager Danna is one of the worst MANAGERS that I have ever dealt with. You can never get her on the phone, doesn’t follow thru with noise complaints, lacks in MANAGEMENT. We have been here now 3 years and this place has not changed but the name! NOISE NOISE NOISE is all you get from this place. 2bed I freaken parking space if you want a separate space to park your car guess what you gotta pay EXTRA??? The NEWLY RENOVATED apartments is a crock! New light fixtures and mirrored closet doors is all that is new here… The Laundry machine in my apt the water always smells nasty! Oh yea did I mention it’s not gated and cars get broken into and the land LORD does nothing! NEver any parking because of the amount of college students that live here. Over all a new Manager is needed. I do not recommend this place unless you can live with the noise. This woman has no care for residents (OLD) and not on a lease! Since when is it ok to allow people that do not live here to bring pets over and cause a disturbance? I’m so over this place and as I type I’m currently looking for a new place that actually CARES for the residents and their complaints!!!

I think the apartments are very spacious. I love the way the grounds are kept. I love the fact that you can bbq right by the pool.
Central heat/​air is great!

I lived in the apartment for about 3 years. When I first moved in the manager neglected to tell me that all 3 of my neighbors would be college students. From day one there were party’s. The drinking, the smoking weed, and the loudness was just horrible. Complain after complain after complain to the manager and still nothing was done, I guess her contract with Whittier College was worth more than my SANITY. After 3 years of this nonsense I had to move out. The only good thing about these apartments was the maintenance man Mark he was awesome. There was mold growing inside the bathroom and it didn’t matter how much I cleaned it always kept coming back, it was over the window sills everything. I do not recommend these apartments at all. The apartment advertised a fitness room but it consists of a treadmill, bike, and an old stepper.
